Management Team
At Medical Coaches, it's the people who count (Ian Smith's favorite phrase). There is little doubt that both the heart and soul of Medical Coaches are our employees. Our average employee has been with us for over 12 years, giving us tremendous continuity and experience. There is no better proof to the claim that "Our Employees Are Dedicated" than length of service. We doubt if any similar sized company in our industry enjoys such proven employee dedication.
