Medical Coaches has designed and built expandable-sided units since 1962, successfully protecting expensive electronic, television, and medical equipment. The expandable sections provide additional walking space, thus permitting more equipment to be installed within the basic trailer envelope.

Our expandable-sided TV trailers are built on aluminum mainframe trailer chassis, designed for optimum strength at minimum weight.

Our highly trained engineering staff works closely with the customer on unit design insuring exceptional form, fit, and function. State-of-the-art solid modeling allows us to build a complete "virtual" trailer prior to actual manufacturing. This eliminates costly production errors and accurately predicts the final weight. A few standard features of Medical Coaches' units include:

• Rivetless .080" aluminum exterior body with the same structural integrity required in the aeronautics industry.
• Foamed-in-place urethane insulation on all six sides for maximum R-value.
• Expandable sides use specially designed heavy-duty sliding power beams for ultra-smooth operation. Electric or hydraulic actuators are easily accessible for ease of maintenance.
• Our raised, computer-type floor provides adequate space for cables as well as return air.
• Body is painted with the highest-quality Polyurethane top coat.
• All-aluminum steps and platforms are strong, yet light weight.
